You can see some of my 3d designs in my portfolio page.. I have experience in using Unity and UDK for product visualizations, car show rooms and House walk thru.. I can make all the assets needed in 3dsMax and arrange it all in a room in UDK, we can add HUD for the interface or toggle buttons to add or hide objects. We can publish it in Windows or for mobile.. I know what oculus is and its uses, but I never tried one coz I cant afford the Kit.. tell me what you think about my proposal... Thanks..

Have been working in 3D interior and exterior rendering from since I worked for an architectural firm, so I've been taught about home design, building architecture and visual issues. Also, this semester I've worked on UDK, so I know what you need for this project. Actually, I'd be charging $1,000 but the system wouldn't let me type that quantity. Also, for the videogame I'm working on along with other friends, I was the level designer, so I understand your requirements. Only thing that we request is that you put in an escrow deposit that you do not release till the end of the project.
