3D Animation for pre selling real estate. 3D Virtual Tour. House Sales

I have floor plans for 9 houses on the water. A cluster of 5 and a cluster of 4 is what we are building. The aim of this project is to pre sell these 9 houses using 3D Animation to show these 9 in the current site environment and make as real life as possible. The more realistic the better. The 3d animation needs to explain that the Long Island Rail Road is 5 Minutes away, it can tell the buyers that boat slips can be purchased with the houses.
