Hello, Please see some of my Cnc wood working 3d models in my freelancer.com portfolio : ( you can follow this link and see them under portfolio section and in the product design category. I am a 3d artist who has 15 years modeling experience. I have a lot of experience on making 3d models from images for cnc machining. I know what can be, and what can not be on the cnc machines. Cutting tool dimensions, depths etc. I have experience on operating several cnc routers, mills etc. My price is ok for that image to convert accurately into 3d relief. I think you will engrave it on a wooden plate. I have to point some things about image. It is not much have resolution to make fine details. However most of machining methodsa can not cut finde details also. So i think can figure out fine details. There is some fog like thing at the bottom-left of the image. That part of 3d model may not much seen like fog in 3d. But i can do my best for it. We may consider to cancel some blurred stroke around the people on the image. ( for example, see the person at the center of the image )
