framework for concret

I am planning to build a formwork for 10cm concrete walls in solidworks [login to view URL] This framework is for 10cm concrete walls if you see in de picture yellow part is steel and the black part is polypropylene about 10mm thick The exterior frame is 3 m high and interior is 2,65 m high 1- I want steel framed molds for conc. poring so that I can build concrete buildings very quick.? 2- I want you to help you in designing the complete steel framed mold in solidworks including ---- Complete detailed modeling (claps, nut and bolts, framing element and any other details)? ----- I want you to perform static analysis or structural analysis ----- drawings for manufacturing ----- Method Statement? first I need a model to estimate production cost ... The framework I am imagining is a little bit different that the one in the movie .. Mine after doing the house basement ..you will set the corners and 2 rails ( exterior and interior) to connect corners...than you will uses crane to pull an entire exterior wall each side .. Than you will use a crane again to put interior wall in the second rail ...
