We are looking for a videographer that can shoot and edit a short art documentary (around 5 minutes) for an upcoming artist solo exhibition on August 14th.
The footage should comprise shots of the show and interview with the artist. The shooting and editing should comprise a total of 4 days: 1 to shoot the gallery space and interview the artist, one for the shootings at the artist's studio location in England, and 2 days to assemble the footage.
The shooting and editing must happen within the first 2 weeks of the exhibition (thus the project must be completed before the end of August). Dates to shoot and edit can be agreed in advance. Extra costs that may arise during the project, such as travel to a certain location (e.g. artist studio), will be covered by us. We also have the microphone (Sennheiser), Manfrotto tripod for videos and electronic gimble.
We will provide creatives such as logo animations for intro and outro, as well as transcripts for subtitles, PSD templates for special shots (e.g. a special thanks screen), style guideline for font and approved colours. We welcome applicants that have original ideas and inputs (especially in regard to scripts) and that have an arty eye for videos.
Please quote for the project and include links to previous examples of your work.

Hello,
I can happily help you with this project in August. I've worked with artists before, both photographing and filming them for short documentaries. I can go through the script, offer different looks, and shot ideas regarding the interviews and the gallery space. I have a Sony A7S II with two lenses suitable for both wide-angle and close up shots and a tripod. I use Final Cut Pro for editing and coloring. I usually rent the microphone depending on the project.
We can discuss your needs, and then I'll create a shared document with the storyboard/shooting plan to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Here's my recent documentary about an artist that I shot and directed:
