Create an explainer video with voice and English subtitles

Looking for a 2D animated explainer video with voice and English subtitles. The voice can be a machine generated voice but needs to be in a happy tone. The length of the explainer video would approximately be about 1 minute 40 secs. We will provide the detailed script to create the explainer video (each scene and the voice over for that scene). Attention to detail for the scenes is important. Expectation is that this will include all the revisions required to create the polish/finalize the explainer video. Once we get the proposals and shortlist the proposal, we can send the detailed script before awarding the project. It is expected that whoever takes up this project will accept the confidentiality and non-disclosure/non-compete agreement. Just to provide an idea of the script, some of the key scenes in the script would be: 1. Driving on a scooter and stopping at a busy intersection (traffic signal) 2, Inside and outside of a big department store (which is multi level on the outside and has many departments on the inside) and showing someone entering the store. 3. Taking a photo of a receipt using the phone 4. Showing a person at the Women's department picking up some clothes and then accessories 5. Showing the cash counter inside the store 6. Showing a person working on a laptop
