Multiple Animators Required for Explainer Videos

We are an Explainer Video company, and looking to expand our team. We want animators who can create Explainer Videos, and looking to hire them on project basis. We already have a team in place, but due to the extra work, need 2-3 animators who can work with us on freelance basis as and when needed. As we already have in-house animators, the key for us is price and quality of work. We do not want to spend a lot, as we already have a team, so anyone who is able to show a quality portfolio with the most reasonable rates will get hired.
