Video Filming and Production Social Media

Looking for someone to film and edit about 4 short 1 minute videos for social media for my real estate page. Videos will be educational in nature but aesthetic should be fun. Will need a logo intro into the videos to be created. I will create the script for the video but would like someone creative for thoughts about video production to engage audience with content provided. If it works well, hoping to make it a monthly ongoing project. Most video to be shot with green screen which I do not have. There may be some on-location shoots.
