A Birthday present (an un-released book)

I am constructing a book for a birthday as a one-off present this November, 2015 and am in potential need of a book illustrator to take my specific concept ideas and make them into illustrations. The book is Peter Pan-themed so it is obviously for an un-released purpose and intended as a special gift. The style of illustration I am looking for are in the style of John Tenniel (Alice's Adventures in Wonderland). This would be a good project for someone just looking to expand on their creative skills as it is a very very low paid task. Hopefully hear from you, thanks.
