Create New HTML Email

We need a designer skilled in creating emails that achieve high deliverability rates. The designer must be proficient in HTML,? be able to work well with images keeping them crisp and clean, have the ability to create Google tracking links, and have the ability to develop clean, effective designs. We will be closely following the example of a sample email, however do not want to "copy" it.? We will be supplying 9-12 images and the copy. We would like to finish this project quickly - looking for 1-2 day turnaround. We require that the designer NOT post the finished product on their website, within their portfolio, nor share the project with any other party at any time.
