Create a 3D little city for a game

I am creating a 3D online game and need someone to modelize the city where the game take place. The game will be more "funny", "simple" than "realistic", I want something a little futuristic, and original, I don't want the city to be too conventional. The game would be a first person shooter AND a 3d chat then the environement must be for male and female: If I had to define the style it would may be "Cool-semi-futurist" style and must please everybody. For the size I don't really know maybe the equivalent of 30 houses (this can be little buildings) The number of polygones must be limited (not too detailled) for example a circle could be formed of no more than 12 segments. The city must be "splittable", to allow to load each part in the game if needed. To choose the "coder" I would like a sample of what you will do, for example a very low poly little city and a house or building more detailled to see what you are able to do. It's possible that after this work will be completed, I need another work to make the city bigger. ![][1]
