adobe photoshop CS5 DROPLET

I need a adobe photoshop droplet made right now. It must be made in adobe photoshop cs5. I dont want it made in any other version of photoshop. the droplet will reduce the file size of pictures. All of the pictures will remain as jpgs. the droplet must do the following things 1. reduce the file size to the smallest jpg possible that will be able to be viewable on the web. 2. i want a watermark placed across the bottom of the pictures that says "professional do not copy"
