I want to automatically post the contents of an Excel cell to Twitter each hour on the hour that the stock market is open. The cell will be concatenated combination of text and numbers that will change constantly. I'm happy to use any Twitter front end such as Hoot Suite or the native screen in a browser.

Dear Sir, Posting to a twitter account requires you to create an application in twitter to obtain the Consumer key ,Consumer secret, Access token and the Access token secret. Also we need a SSL certificate from verisign or symantec which is free of cost. There is no need to share the Consumer key ,Consumer secret, Access token or Access token secret as my coding will be done assuming that these values are available in a new sheet in the excel.
