Hello I would like to provide the solution for this requirement, if I may. I already have a prototype, it consists of a button located next to the SS text box, it has a Hotkey on it and when activated it displays a window with the contents of the CATEGORY table, so that you can right click or press enter to select the desired record, it also accepts ESCAPE to exit the window without further action. Hello I have been maintaining a similar software that you have here, ( actually take a llok at your files but mine's more complicated )but as the computer chips evolve, i have to upgrade to a higher version of foxfro. Nice little application. I just checked and it compiles into exe without any error. There is some room for further improvements. Sales reps could also be browsed and their data seen as you are browsing, their sales represented in charts, etc. - if you need this.also. Regards, Danko
