Some notes: 1. You will see 4 jobs in each account once you log in, 2 of them are scripted collection and 2 are IVR. Scripted collection should be done on NEEVO app and IVR on the Neevo website. 2. each job will have instructions o what to do. Scripted collection, just read the script and record, IVR you will record over a phone call. that is the only difference. 3. There is not set environment for this job as long as the recording is clearly audible, but it is better to record in as quiet environment as possible to minimize the risk of invalidation. 4. Please make sure to do Job 1 for each IVR and speech collection on one day and only do job 2 for each after 24 hours. This is a very important requirement.5. Please enter the round 1 date for each account on Column J and Round 2 date for each account on Column K. Having 24 hours gap between each Round is VERY IMPORTANT.
