Hi, I am looking fir a developer to build a quick prototype of a dapps web applicaion using ethereum (Truffle Framework), Solidity and web3.js. This stack of technology is a must. Functional requirement: - User can register as party A, B, C or D - Party A can create proposal (using smart contract) - Party B, C, D can review the proposal and submit approve or disapprove a proposal - There is a public log showing the proposal and approval status of each party - Simple UI is fine
