I have been using 1and1 USA for clients many years, but now have a case where I need a totally anonymous hosting (no connection to me nor client) so I would pay uplift for this for someone who can create an account. I would need complete access with my own password and so on for everything. Requirements are: 1. Create a new contract with 1and1 USA without a domain. 2. Pay the bill to 1and1 for the contract. 3. Pass me the login and password for the control panel. The website will host public information and documents (no porn or anything like that, no webshop, just information and downloadable PDF files that are public records related to crime investigations).
