Tweet automation of website events (web scraping)

I'm looking for someone who can create a program for me that imports LIVE football events from FlashScore.com. When a goal is scored (or cancelled), or when a match is over, this should be tweeted automatically. The tweet should contain the minute of the event, the team names, the new (or final) score, and the club-specific hashtags which are already defined in an Excel file. This Excel file contains the exact clubnames like they are called on FlashScore (so that the program can easily find the right Excel rows), and all hashtags and information you need to place the tweet I want. The only thing that still needs to be done is that the events are imported from FlashScore, so that text is taken from the right cells of the Excel file to place in the tweet. In the attached image you can see what I mean. So, the tweet contains in this example: 9' (Minute, got from FlashScore) GOAL! (Should be GOAL! or CORRECTION! or FT, got from FlashScore) Manchester United & Leicester City (This are TweetNames from Excel file; not directly from FlashScore) 1-0 (New score, got from FlashScore) #MUFC #ManUtd #Leicester #LCFC (Hashtags of both clubs, got from Excel file) #munlei (Sum of the 3CHAR strings 'mun' and 'lei', from Excel file) Image (Filename of image is 'MUN', from last column Excel file) When there is a goal correction, or a full-time score tweet, the tweet should contain exactly the same things, except an image. And, of course, not 'GOAL!' but 'CORRECTION!' or 'FT'. Requirements: - Tweet posted as soon as possible after it's visible on FlashScore - Automated tweeting should be 24/7, so also when laptop is off - The leagues for which the program tweets the events, must be in a .txt file. This so that I can easily add and remove leagues, by putting them in the txt file, or removing them from it. The program must therefore work for the league that are in the txt file at that particular moment. If you have any questions or if you don't understand something, let me know!
