310017 Re-design of sales page

I need some design advice and coding for my sales page. The job will involve implementing several changes that I would like made (see below), as well as providing suggestions for improving my sales page. I would also like the changes coded into my existing page, if possible (note that my site is built in WordPress, and the sales page is a PHP file.) If you don't have the skills to do the coding, that's not a deal-breaker - as long as you have good experience in designing sales pages, and can provide outstanding suggestions for improving my page. Here's specifically what I need done: (1) Fix the sales page header. For some reason, the header is really fuzzy in Internet Explorer (but not Firefox) and looks terrible. The person who coded the sales page couldn't figure out how to fix it. I would also like suggestions for how the header can be made more eye-catching. (2) Reduce the width of the sales page in IE. Right now the page width is fine in Firefox, but is too wide in IE. (3) Add a "buy it now" button or link above the fold. (4) Provide suggestions for how the sales page could be better laid out/formatted. My sales page is here: [login to view URL] Please provide links to sales pages that you have designed in the past.
