266611 split 2-hr mp3 into 20 files

I have a 2 hour 13 minute (mp3) that has 20 short audio segments in it. The segments have a 2-3 second gap of silence between them. I need someone to split the mp3 into 20 seperate mp3 files. NO EDITING IS NEEDED, just mp3 splitting. The mpe is in 128Kbps, 44100Hz 16-bit and needs to stay the same sample rate... You will only SPLIT the file..no editing. You will need to name each of the files from a list of names that I will provide you. You'll download the 2-hour (125MB) file and once you've completed the splitting, you can either re-upload the 20 files or send to me using something like [login to view URL] Please don't bid on this is you only have dialup or if you're on an unreliable ISP, or one that will limit you download or upload bandwidth.
