Longterm Outsourcing Coordinators, Freelancing experts!

We're a team of consultants with presence in Scandinavia. We're looking for senior freelancers coordinating projects from small 25USD design projects to big web/application projects above 1000USD, key areas: logodesign, website design, joomla/php/wordpress, photoshop/indesign, social media, SEO, some web & application development. You do what you do best outsource the outsource-able work to qualified professionals (mostly via Freelancer.com) keep daily/weekly contact with freelancers and stay on or beat budget complete integration of all outsourced work so that there are no errors. We want to work with you longterm on a weekly/monthly basis depending on workload. We'd like you to stay active, keep regular communication weekly, plan and execute according to deadlines. Establish longterm presence on freelancer and becoming good employer for new project members. Who are you? You know your way around freelancing sites. You post/attend projects regularly, you know how to grab freelancing talents negotiate good hourly ratios, longterm good dialogue with freelancing members for consistent quality always looking for longterm value instead of short term cheap half good work. You must have good command in english, not afraid of speaking on Skype/phone - communication is key here! You are a good listener, humble person to work with. Perhaps a programmer/graphic design artist/internet marketing guru or a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with deep passion for web design and development. We think you're from India, Pakistan, China or other countries that represent freelancers online. You are a planner, an honest person, outsource little work rather than think you can do everything yourself. It's important you attend on weekly briefings (an hour free of your time) where we openly discuss how things are going, ongoing projects, new projects. It's important for us to know behind the scenes, some project management skills required remember we work as a TEAM!! us you and freelancers involved on projects - to provide good service! You should have a sense of web and graphics design, our project might sometimes lead us to design highly appealing, impactful, professional and clean graphics or webdesign along with our team members. Strong attention to detail, strong optimizing skills (graphic file size and code execution) is a plus. Like one of our close team members you are available when needed but make sure to notify us when you are unavailable. You must be honest about your daily commitments, so we can plan workload together. We dislike you disappearing, not keeping weekly/daily conversation or attending weekly briefings (of course this is depending on workload) You treat team members with respect, we always strive to build long lasting relationships whether with clients or freelancers on projects. Some tasks might be: • Briefing weekly/daily depends on workload via skype/mail on an ongoing basis. • Estimate the budget (strive to beat budget and meet deadline to achieve project goals) • Determine resources: time, bigger budget, deadline? Skills required to complete design/website. Make the appropriate adjustments as we go and notify us regularly on changes made. Most importantly like burning money from your own pocket keeping costs below budget is important. And if you already spend time on freelancing projects why not do it with us? We'd love to have you on board, we'll find a long term compensation/agreement that'll work for you. You will be compensated independently from budgeted projects. We'll sign a 6months agreement after 3month trial where you'll receive a compensation weekly/monthly. After 6 months we see you as a longterm colleague whether it is staying as a consultant or working full time. You are the one representing us online on freelancing sites and you'll have the role as a coordinator. Only candidates with the above qualifications will be accepted.
