Need Drupal Web Designer

I need a good Drupal Web Designer. Not just an ordinary web designer please. I need someone who understands how to layer web design onto the Drupal interface. If you don't understand what I mean by what I just said, then you are not my ideal candidate. You must have the following skills: a) Speak and write fluent English b) Formally educated in Graphic Design c) Skilled in Design and color schemes/skins You must be an artist first, a technician second. You and I will be designing a facebook-style interface but with color schemes. Please furnish me with proof of your design schooling. You can also submit a proposed "look" for a profile page if you're really interested in the bid. I have several projects I am starting up so the more enthusiastic you are, the better. Your first project will be accomplishment-based compensation, not hourly. This is until I know you can deliver a quality product on time - and then we can discuss hourly rates after that.
