Wordpress Design and Coding Recording Studio

Need wordpress site finished. We had one coder start but did not finish to our specifications. This site needs to be responsive wordpress site that displays correctly in ALL browsers, as well as iphone and ipad. Last coder didn't know how to make it look right in iphone and caused major problems between client and I. Here is screenshot of basic site design [login to view URL] pretty much done, just needs to be made into responsiove wordpress website. Client likes everything except center banner (of mixing board). He wants the center banner to be a better design, something like the middle banner on this site [login to view URL] Also client needs to able to easily add widgets and video to site whenever he wants.
