Need a Medical database expert who has extensive experience in developing Internet based MEDICAL forms & reports.
The FORMS which capture the data include
a) 12 Key Topics;
b) Each topic with 10 Sub-Menus;
c) 90% of the Sub-Menu have 6-20 Dropdown options & 10% free-entry fields.
The REPORTS which present the data contained in the FORMS include
a) A Full report of the Forms and the Data selected & Captured
b) 20 Pre-prepared Charts & Tables FORMATS comparing 1 areas data to the pooled data in the database.
c) The ability to capture these Charts and Tables in MICROSOFT PowerPoint and Excel and PDF formats & attached them to e-mails
d) The ability for users to interrogate their database and create their own visualisation of their data vs. a pool of data.
WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS?
Full software development and deployment into a production environment.
There may be an opportunity for ongoing engagement for the right candidate.
This a Secure Web Based Application which must work on all PC’s, Laptops & Smartphones and an off-line data entry version of the forms will need to be available for when the internet is not available.
