Update magento 1.5 to 1.7 and Fix issues/template 2

First: HI, I am looking for a company or person who is a real Magento Expert. Not someone 'who worked before' with magento once or twice, but someone that knows all in and outs of this platform and can proove that! I have dealt with so colled 'magento experts' in the past and from my experience everyone calls himself a magento expert nowadays since it is a popular platform. I am looking for a GENUINE magento experienced worker! Due to bad experiences in the past I can only pay AFTER the work is done as requested. That being made clear... the project: The project: Previously a worker on this site made a magento installation in 1.5 but never finished it, it was stopped at about 80% of the project. (see my project history to check details of that exact project). Now I need someone to finish this AND in the same time upgrade to latest 1.7 release. The current unfinished template must be de-activated (with backup!) and a new template must be installed with a custom header. It is a multishop (5 shops, 1 backend, same template, other logos and products etc) environment that still needs this to be done. 0) Make a backup of ALL files on our server so you can always at any time go back to start if project is interrupted. 1) Install UPDATE to latest stable magento 1.7 release. 2) Install template: [login to view URL] (I buy template licenses) 3) Customize HEADER of template. (see [login to view URL] on request). The header idea is inspired by this site ( [login to view URL] ) and combined with existing header. Quite easy to do but need to be pixel perfect and template should remain updateable through original designer. 4) Update needed extension or Install new extensions (+- 7): Enhanced admin product grid, Tablesrates shipping, Shipping on productpage, Ordernumber=invoicenumber, Buckaroo payment gateway, facebook login, and maybe some others that might come in during development. Also Rabo Ideal Payment gateway needs to be installed but custom code, there is no module but should be easy, we have specs. 5) Check, control and delete UN NEEDED extension that are old, bad, or now in core of magento 1.7 6) RE-Import products (1000) from excel/csv file and all images I have with sku.jpg. Some are now wrong. 7) Install NEWEST language packs 8) Add some sliders and banners in Brand look & feel to hompeage and other pages (I provide basic grahpics only). 1 brand per subshop. 9) Besides this first shop, please repeat the above for the 4 extra shops, SAME template, ONLY other logo and other products (500-1000 per shop). These shops are already installed, just need to be updated. 10) Besides the 5 subshops update you should make 1 html splash page that shows all subshops as thumbnails with general info and company details. (a sort of indexpage) 11) After approval set live version on the server details I give. It is a magento expert hosting company/server. Thanks.
