I need an excel document that is a lighting energy survey creating into a simple webpage with db ,the completed web page should be responsive to be used on mobile devices and laptop browsers. the results of the survey produced will need to be saved and emailed in pdf and excel for editing on laptop a cpanel will be needed to input LED lights, images & attributes, and existing lights images and attributes as per the excel doc.
