crypto trading program

Hello everyone I need a program to carry out transactions with cryptocurrencies. The program must be able to evaluate the performance of a cryptocurrency of my choice (for example: Ada Cardano) and to sell or buy cryptocurrency depending on whether its value is increasing or decreasing. Program operation: - start - sells - buy - end 'sells' function - authenticates with binance (or another cryptocurrency site); - start: the function stores the date, time and current value of the cryptocurrency; - every x minutes (with x settable at will by the user) the program checks the value of the cryptocurrency; if the value is increased by y% (settable at will by the user) compared to the one stored then: - the program sells a quantity z (settable at will by the user) of cryptocurrencies, - terminate function; - go to the 'buy' function; otherwise it repeats the cycle; 'buy' function -- authenticates with binance (or another cryptocurrency site); - start: the function stores the date, time and current value of the cryptocurrency; - every x minutes (with x settable at will by the user) the program checks the value of the cryptocurrency; - if the value is decreased by y% (settable at will by the user) compared to the one stored, then: - the program buys an amount z (settable at will by the user) of cryptocurrencies, - the program ends; otherwise it repeats the cycle; - the program must be able to authenticate to binance; - I would prefer the program to run in a web browser tab, on a computer running a web server; - for now, this simple way to operate is sufficient: in the future I don’t exclude the desire to enhance the program by making it able to carry out various transactions per day and independently;
