Looking for shopify guru to help with SEO and Website Maintenance

NOTE: If you're interested in this project, please provide a drafted proposal with possible solutions to points A-E. Bids without this will NOT be considered. I'm seeking a talented shopify / website maintenance guru who can help: A) Get a Shopify store on a new template B) Sort through inventory tracking between stores and rectify counts. C) Straighten out product category / Collection navigation menus D) Ensure meta tags and SEO are optimized for Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics. E) Optimize site load time for faster better SEO ranking. Also need to be able to work through menu navigation to make it easily accessible by both product type and collection as well as a Tops, Bottoms, Unisex, Accessories, and Jewelry section for the main navigation on the site. Also looking for an easier way to track inventory than just manually denoting the sku field. Looking for something that is foolproof and easily replicated when stock is transferred from one location to the other. Looking for one that has a scroll feed. Currently using Shopify and the POS system on an iPad with the card reader and are NOT looking to migrate to another platform. What is currently being done is separating sku by denoting inventory with either SF or NY to differentiate between both shops, a San Francisco location and a New York location. Need this done 3-4 weeks from start date. Looking to start getting the wheels turning ASAP.
