I need aleaflet /marketing tool to promote 1 of our services

I would like a leaflet produced and also a jpeg and pdf , to market one of our products - PAPER LITE. I would like the leaflet to outline the benefits of paper lite for businesses with short sentences and also images relating to the text. And then come to close that TBA Group can make this happen and brief explanation of how we are different …..we take a look at the lay out of the business and processes and also talk to staff about there work loads to identify problem areas and implement a solution tailored to there specific needs. I have provided some additional information on our products and services for you to read through (these are attached separately) to gain an understanding of the products and service we offer and also our previous attempts to market the product ( I think that what we currently have is very complicated and not interesting) , The additional info will also provide info on our logo . I would like the leaflet to be straight to the point uncomplicated, selling the benefits and the NEED for paper lite along with illustrations to enfercise the bullet points, I have provided below some benefits please feel free to add to them or stream line as you feel fit.
