PDF ROOF PROPOSAL TEMPLATE

Instructional Designer with Marriott International recently furloughed because of COVID-19. My most recent project was creating 35 different editable PDF on-boarding checklist forms complete with drop down options and free-text boxes. Your customers can complete their entries into the form and save it, regardless of the Adobe Reader version they have installed on their computer. I begin with the design in PowerPoint, convert it to PDF, and then create the form. I want to create this for you. I'll just need the specific high-resolution images and copy. I also have access to high-res stock photos as well, so I can also choose similar images on my own.
