Design Application: Merged engineering services limited is a kind of ecommerce company focused on offering engineering services in Nigeria. The services offered are maintenance services, contract/supplies, domestic services and consultancy. Maintenance services includes, plumbing services, car maintenance services, electrical/electronic services, generator maintenance. Domestic services include repairs and installation of all domestic devices. Contract/supplies includes supplies of building materials, domestic devices, electrical/electronic materials/devices, parts etc. and she also provides consultation services in the various fields of engineering. Consultation For the maintenance services the client subscribes for the services within a given period depending on the plan used. There are 3 plans namely, 1. One-time plan 2. Silver plan 3. Gold plan For the contract/supplies, MES is not the producers of this product but will link our clients with distributors and producers with quality products and will advertise this products and services on the company’s website. For the Domestic services, MES is aware of the futuristic era of smart homes and is ready to prepare our clients for that moment by providing blueprints and creating awareness during the designing of our client's facility. Consultation is one of our services and MES has the needed experts in various fields of engineering to provide concrete answers to the asked questions. MODE OF OPERATION 1. For contract/services: get the company’s contact info and communicate with the company’s personnel 5. For domestic services: on the site view the various available products, make a choice, upload your delivery details, make payment. The device will be delivered and install if the company’s terms and conditions are fully met by the client. if the client had subscribed to the company's services then the installation fee will be free. 6. For consultation: the client will choose from a list of different experts or use the recommended expert from the website, make payment and a schedule will be made for meeting, either physically or electronically (zoom etc). If the client has subscribed to the company’s plans, depending on the plan used consultation maybe free. On the site the various building materials, domestic materials, electrical/electronic materials /devices, car parts will be displayed, and clients can order them. Like quotations are made, a kind of price list of various products will be developed, and clients can select from these lists and form a kind of quotation and placed an order for the selected items.
