Build a website for Real Estate website Reviews and Listings: Requirements: There will be 3 types of users: i) Normal Users ii) Agent iii) Service Providers iv) Admin 1) Normal user: • Register/Login: - register with email account with verification link, Facebook login, browser user logged in or Gmail. • Email verification: gets login access with a link in email sent. • Search property: from the search bar or from the listing available. • Filter search: search by name, city, area, size, price, dated or type. • Save the searches: the user can save their searches for future reference • Share: The user can share the link of particular property with others via SMS, and all the social media platforms. • Property details: the details include the name of the property, address, quoted price, area and a description, date of modification, multiple photographs and number of photographs uploaded, two section of photograph owner photos and user photos, a thumbnail picture, floor map of every floor, video, google map location, weather the property id for sale or lease. Amenities included. • View reviews: and rating [0 to 5 scale] • Chat with Agent: visit agent profile. • Request for viewing: request to book a slot with the agent to visit the property. Redirecting to calendar showing available date and timings. • Leave review for a property: post a review that will be verified by admin and the allowed. Can give ratings [0 to 5] • See agent profile: view agent profile including name, contact (phone, email and other social media), chat, rate and see ratings [0 to 5 scale]. • My Account/Edit account: save properties, messages, history, feedback, about us, rate us on play store, log out. • Search Service provider based on category: based on rating, location, • Contact Service provider: phone number, Facebook and in-app chat. • Post Jobs: the job category with description in detail with photos, location and contact information. • View Proposals from the listings available • Chat with the provider
