Simple reorganisation and layout of information on custom cms site

Looking for someone who can work within the framework of an existing cms to re-organise one specific section of information. Basically 8 separate sub-headings need to be reorganised into 3 within the constraints of the exist Parent - Sub-Parent - Child hierarchy or by developing a simple internal on-page-navigation to add an additional layer. It's a simple and easy editing system that allows for online html or WYSIWYG editing of pages. All images and text will be provided - basic style is set by the rest of the site. Some html will be needed - but nothing complicated. It will take a little while to learn the control system as its been custom developed. Site details will be sent from a PM request.
