***I do not want website builders*** I need a "User Experience Specialists" who can design my logo, design my web pages, provide plans for builders to follow and basically put my idea into an exciting application / website. This person will be responsible for the whole look, feel and usability of my 10 page (max) application / website. The website is basically a specific search engine for people who are looking for specific business contact information, people will be able register and have their own home page. On that home page they will be able to conduct 4 different searches, be able to review the information found, keep a track of their past searches, make detailed notes / logs and have an address book of contacts found. I want this application / website to accessible for phone, tablet & computer and will have a cloud/database supporting it. Thanks

Hi, I'm Mat, graphic and internet designer from Slovenia, EU. I'm new to this site, so don't really have "street cred", but I've done loads of pages like you're after, so I decided to bid as well :) The logo part is simple, can make you a few samples that can then be finalized together. For the website, you're after the layout. I usualy do this in photoshop, design the whole concept of the front and typical pages, then send the file to the programmers to do their work. If needed I modify/change stuff as requested by the programmers of the client. Would need a detailed website structure and all it's functions from you, before the start. I've done this before for a few clients over here, from custom designs to website templates for programming companied that don't do design. Please check my profile for a few samples.
