Web Portal for Girls/Boys Hostel

we have a requirement of building a web portal for management of a few Boys/Girls hostels owned by us. As a person searching for hostel : * A person when comes to the portal, should, be able to browse through all the hostels listed and see if there are any vacant rooms/seats ( as the rooms usually have more than one occupant) available in any of them. He would have the option of selecting single seater/two- bedded/three bedded/ more than three bedded * There would be a list of features available for each hostel and he/she should be able to search based on feature available . (Pictures along with features and search based on these filters ) * he/she should be able to see if a room is available on a future date . * Once he/she has finalized a room, they should be able to make a payment of security and advance rent which will first ask them to create an account So we would require payment integration. * For creation of the account, there would be a form to be filled of the person who would be staying in the hostel and the guardian along with document uploads for identity and proof of residence * Every month, there would be an alert sent for the payment due. if the payment is not made on time, the owner of that hostel would be intimated . * Notice for vacating the hostel would be sent via this portal . * Any occupant should be able to raise a request for anything like electrical equipment malfunction, plumbing work etc etc and the owner will get an alert on his email. * Occupant should be able to rate the hostels and provide reviews For the Owner of the hostel : * Admin account to add hostel and owner details along with creation of the owner account . One owner may have many hostels * Money paid by the occupants would go to the account of the admin and theafter credited to the owner account after deducting charges if any. Account of each hostel and owner would have to be created. * Owner should be able to add/update features/pics, price etc for his hostels. We would like to know the time required, cost of building and maintenance of such a portal . Also let us know if there is any other information required from our end .
