Website Desing for London Dating site

What I need done: I need a website designed for my London online dating business. It should be like [login to view URL] in its functionality but be like www.singlesolution.com. (Note NOT [login to view URL]) in its new design. Needs to have the back end as easily manageable and manage members and also authenticate credit card payments as [login to view URL] does currently. This is a brand-new site. I need full design done, with heavy graphics, including a new logo and colors for my business. Copy-writing for the site done as well as photos of models etc may be required also but we can discuss when the site's ready. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I want a very modern and bright dynamic look that targets the city professionals market so it needs to be highly polished and have the expected feel of a members club in London A look that will appeal to my clients who are typically earning over £50k p.a. It needs to be very simple and easy to use. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for dating in London, UK. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing dating websites. Experience with search engine optimization and database content management and ecommerce awareness is a must. Also would help if it were W3 compliant as best as it can be.
