Custom plugin

Hi! I'm looking for a plugin for my wordpress directory site. It would need to pull different businesses and their details in from google into my free listings category. From there I'd need to change the categories which I can do easilly. The plugin would need an ability to add the businesses name, phone. And location, and if possible business description. Though I can add the business descriptions at a later date. The backend plugin would need to have a name search function and a location search function. Example: chiropractor and location: Vancouver. Then it would need to pull in the specifically searched businesses from the business location. The ones I'd click on would then need to be added into my free listing category. Each having their own listing. I would also need a csv file capture area so I could print out the list of added businesses with their details so I could contact them. I can extrapolate more if needed. Needs to be simple and save me time. Automatic: adding of business details instead of me doing it manually, basically. Happy to send you my website.
