Hi, I have a wordpress website that is encountering some problems. I am getting 500 error codes on the website, the site seems to be gone. Cannot access WP. [login to view URL] Secondly, the website was disapproved by Facebook Ads and Google Ads. But this is a legitimate website selling designed e-commerce website for business customers. This business was recently purchased by me. -Google Ads said "Your ad was disapproved for Malicious or unwanted software." -Facebook said "This Ad May Not Run. Your ad can't promote this content. Ensure that your ad complies with our Advertising Policies." My Facebook page also got unpublished by Facebook. I didn't even add anything on the page. If you know what the problems are and you know how to fix them, please bid. Thank you!

Hello there, Regarding your problem, Google Ads & Facebook probably disabled your ads because your website was offline/not operational. Other reason for this to happen is that your website might have some back doors and looks malicious. In order to help you , i must access your website source code.

Ok, so there is some problem but i will need some access, for example backend accessor ftp access to see what is going on there. As you described, you do have some sort of malicious software somewhere, i can not say now where, but after i inspect it i can see what is going on. Usually its not so complicated to solve issues like that, just time consuming.. So, feel free to contact me if you think we can make it all right. But be sure that job can not be done properly for 10$-30$ you offer... Regards Steve
