CSS layout bug: please fix and explain your solution

I would like you to fix tow css bugs and explain your solution: 1. Search form appears above and to the left of where it should be. Please suggest a better way to position the Search form using CSS. 2. Page background looks funky in IE7 the gray backdrop sits higher than it should and this makes the heading display right where the content background meets the gray backdrop. **Future work** I am constantly commision Django apps and work closely with a network of python developers. I am looking for a CSS expert to complement the team and build layouts and site designs that are open standards and accomodate the difference between popular browsers ## Deliverables If possible I would like you to solve and explain this css bugs in real time.
