5,000 YouTube Subscribers Wanted

The job here is very straight forward. I'm looking for the best price to add 5,000 Subscribers to my YouTube account. I already have a SEO and Social Media guy who gives me excellent pricing but he's busy right now on other jobs I've given him so I'm just checking to see how competitive others can get to what he charges me now. My budget is $20 per 1,000 Subscribers but if anyone gives me a better price than that, even better! The first 5,000 is just to make sure your work and retention level is good (no drop offs). It needs to be trickled in over a period of time not to raise any red flags with YouTube and look natural. The service I currently get is "Youtube Subscribers (NO DROP, SERVER 4, speed 1k-1.5k/day, REFILL 15 days, max 150k)" which may help you compare your services against the freelancer I currently use. Please do not bid if you are above my budget, it's really just a waste of both our time. As for payment, I will post the money in full here on Freelancer and I'll pay your Freelancer fees in addition. Payment will be released in full after job is complete.
