I have an easement with coordinates and degrees that coorespond to a plat for the HOA where I live. I need a professional who can use a tool to map these coordinates out so we can compare the location of the easement to the plat and to the structure that was eventually built. What I am looking for is EXTREMELY simple. I just want to know the location of the "bike closet" based on the coordinates in the "[login to view URL]" file to the location of the bike closet on the attached 800 Montrose St Zoning Plan PDF file. I envision this is a new map entirely to show where the coordinates are OR adding lines onto the existing Zoning PDF to show where the coordinates are. Essentially, I am cross-referencing the written description of the bike closet with the visual location of the bike closet on the corresponding PDF. I am looking for the output to be in PDF format so it's easy to share.
