Basically it has 3 parts: improving measurements, indoor settings and mixed object distance and sizes This can be done in 2 parts. Lidar camera needs to work with point cloud library such as pcl, las, formats etc. OpenCV can be used for images with depth map. The depth information is provided for distance and sizes. Budget is 170 Billed : 2 times 50%, and 50% after delivery, so 2 milestones. So, 80+90, 2 parts. We can begin immediately and have some results in 2 days time, and then improve as per suggestions from supervisor. Thanks!!
