Hi, I have been working on a open source code php script for a long time and I translated the entire script or almost. The problem I have now is when I want to install it, the page display all french caracters é à ü etc... with black diamonds � on the setup page. It show all the tables it will create and it's the same problem all french accent have, black diamonds when creating tables.
