If there is equipment clearly used then select it from the dropdown, it is likely to only be Dumbbell, Barbell, Bench or Resistance band The first sheet separates out the exercises by “movement type”, many of these coincide with the movementPatterns columns. The exception to this is the “Core Work” row. Each row there has a header that coincides with a movementPattern. If it is clear what to select then also select this from the dropdown, if it is not clear then just leave it.

My website looks perfect when I'm logged in as an admin, but the theme goes haywire when viewed as a normal user. This issue is currently limited to the home page only. The entire layout including header, main content area, and sidebar widgets seems to be affected.
