Hi guys, we have an excel contact list. In that list we have persons & companies with their contact details. We coded an script wich monitors an gmail inbox. When emails are sent from specific mails to this inbox the python script should read the body and depending on the request in mail syript should send requested Excel back. There are 8 different excel saved locally wich the script can take and send back. This communication-focused role will involve various tasks, primarily offering personal assistance to me in addition to some administrative support tasks. While not required, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in calendar management will be viewed favorably. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, dependable and detail-oriented. A high level of English proficiency is required and fluency in Croatian language is desirable, but not necessary. Honest, pro-active and comfortable in a remote role, the preferred person has a can-do attitude and a keenness to grow in a supportive environment.
