I require a skilled rendering expert for producing an architectural and interior renders. This hyper-realistic render should be based on a project I'll provide and will be used for marketing materials. This project is mostly interior. - The style targeted is ,,luxury'' and modern - current visonnaire company style. - I expect high attention to detail and realism. - Proficiency in relevant software like 3Ds Max, Vray, Cinema, Corona or similar is vital. - A strong understanding of lighting, perspective, and atmospheric effects is essential. - I need this project completed soon, thus a professional with the capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines is central. - Very close attention to materials and textures. - Videos and 3D tours would be also appreciated - SAMPLE two RENDERS of files I've attached needed for verification Firstly I will look though portfolios then I will choose and send details. Project needs some upgrade in terms of textures, materials and some solutions but small like lamp design or some details - not function.
