Like the image you have shown may not have been created in blender but that's not that important. What I want to know is whether the subject/idea of the picture or background will be provided by you or I shall have to think of it to create something from my imagination, also the resolution of the final output (of course it will be panoramic 360 degree image) and quite a few such things may have to be discussed.
