Hello 3D modeler and renderer, I have a project which requires several 3d max renderer. This is a design development work, which involves 3D Max modelling and rendering. Scope of work 1. To produce a photorealistic interior perspectives rendering using 3d Max Corona. 2. Basic building model will be provided in 3d Max model and FBX format. 3. Existing model, material and finishes will be provided, you need to apply to the model. You may need to add some additional material. 4. We require you to send multiple draft images DAILY to reflect the changes that we send to you on a daily basis. 5. Please expect some design changes during the modelling and rendering process. Most of the time we will send you the updated model, but sometime we will ask you to revise the model. 6. Payment milestone will be in several stages depending on the complexity of the project, example: first draft, 2nd draft and final delivery. 7. Delivery of project: a) Jpeg format 5100 x 3600 size with 150 dpi and b) 3dMax model 2015 version complete with the materials and ID material.
