Configure Cisco 7960 with Sip Client

Hi we purchased a Cisco 7960 from Ebay and I need help setting this up for an Sip provider called 2Talk. The phone has Sip firmware loaded. The version is P0S3-8-12-00. I need this phone to be provisioned for use with the above mentioned SIP 2Talk. I have entered my username password and tried to change the settings manually by entering username and password. The following link shows a reference of the settings they need applied, however I do not know whether only this would affect the functioning.
