Writing a program in C++ that utilizes OOP concepts and ASCII art to generate and display the 3x3 playing board for tic tac toe between a user and computer player. Does not have to be intelligent computer player, just randomly pick squares, check if open, and play x/o in that spot. Program should randomly decide who goes first and announce winner or draw at the end.
